Operational Guru: Organization and logistics are handled with care and precision. This person ensures that even the smallest details are accomplished with excellence and professionalism. Main Objectives: Multi-sight Mindset: Focus YTH is a multi-locational student ministry reaching hundreds of students all throughout the Raleigh, metro-area. The Focus YOUTH Pastor has his/her mind, heart, and plans working on reaching the entire city for Jesus through all campuses. Parent Partnership: Focus YTH exists to reach students and partner with parents. Equipping parents and families to raise their children in the ways of the Lord is the highest priority of the Focus YOUTH Pastor. Weekly Gatherings: Weekly opportunities for students to encounter God across multiple locations throughout the city is the model at Focus YTH. Big Events: We believe in big events that give students, who would never normally come to church, an opportunity to experience life change through Christ. Experience Preferences: Work/experience in a multi-site church. Worked at a church with 800+ in weekly attendance. 3+ years in full time ministry. Credentials with the Assemblies of God.
