Position Title: Youth Pastor |
Position Details: This staff position is an opportunity to grow and develop personally and professionally while sharpening skills in areas of passion and purpose! Cstone Church is looking to invest in a Youth Pastor that is excited to connect with, develop, and lead the youth of our community in their understanding of themselves and their faith. The expectations include organizing youth events and retreats, encourage community building and youth gatherings as well as other educational programs and communicate with church staff about faith education and youth ministry needs. The ideal candidate is a committed Christian leader, who can relate well with youth, parents, and adult volunteers, while maintaining a passion for discipling students in their faith development.
